Kansai Nerolac Paints (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking to recruit Plant Head with an experience of minimum 25-30 years in the field of Factory EHS, plant productivity, TQM, APL WI and QR system, production planning w.r.t man, machine and material, QC and QA complaint and maintained in SAP, experience in ISO certification, technical knowhow in chemical construction, understanding product specification and concept of finished products w.r.t protectomastic paints, epoxy thinners, PU thinners, high build primers etc. in the context of Bangladesh and South Asia. Strong commercial and financial as well as business development orientation. And expert level competence and substantial achievements in optimization, managing volatile and complex regulatory and external environments, team building for the long term, setting up effective ways of working and robust operational processes in paint & building material industries. In addition, candidate should also have international exposure and having expertise to work with foreign stake holders, people leadership, Oracle, SAP. Candidate’s educational qualification should be PGD in Operations Management, certification in Paint & Vernis Technologies, B.Sc Hons in Chemistry.  Interested candidates are requested to apply within the next ten (10) days from the date of publication.
