Kansai Nerolac Paints (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking to recruit Manager, Quality Control, R & D and Automotive with an experience of minimum 10 years in the field of Chemistry, Paint and Coating, Quality Control, Research and Development. The individual will develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements and conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement. Moreover, the individual will lead research projects focused on developing new paint and coating formulations, additives, and technologies. The individual needs to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to guide R&D efforts effectively. The Candidate should have knowledge on Product Development in GI, Auto OEM Coating, TAS & PU Metallic B/C, Clear Coating Technology, Solid Monocoat, COB system for automotive body application, Gloss enamel, QD enamel, Epoxy Primer Rozc Primer, Coating formulation and Testing methodologies etc. in the context of Bangladesh and South Asia. In addition, candidate should also have international exposure and having expertise to work with foreign stake holders, people leadership, Oracle, SAP. Candidate's educational qualification should be Master's in Chemistry and PGD in Paints/Coating related
